Why this works
Parents judge in seconds. A room with clear zones says safe, organized, professional—before anyone speaks. Coaches move faster, kids know where to go, and your photos look like a brand, not a storage room.
Step 1 — Pick 3 colors (brand-aligned)
Use one color per zone. Keep it consistent on mats, wall pads, tape, and signage.
- Basics / Warm-up: Light Grey or Navy (calm)
- Progressions: Blue (focus)
- Advanced / Landing: Gold or Red (attention)
Brand-match: send us your HEX/RGB and logo; we align mat vinyls and wall pads so the whole room feels intentional.
Step 2 — Map the room (10-minute sketch)
Draw your floor with three strips:
- Basics (panel/incline/foam beam)
- Progressions (octagon, bar drills, pre-beam)
- Landings (landing/crash mats, springboard)
Leave traffic lanes (coach walkways) and mark no-equipment zones near doors.
Step 5 — Photograph your “new” club
Shoot wide (room symmetry), medium (stations), and close-ups (kids progressing). Update website hero, Google Business Profile, and flyers. This alone lifts conversions.

Step 3 — Swap or regroup mats by zone
- Put panel/incline/foam beam in the Basics color.
- Keep octagon + drill stations in Progressions.
- Move landing/crash to Advanced (closest to spotting).
- Add wall pads in high-traffic corners (Advanced color).
- If colors don’t match yet, use colored floor tape as a temporary guideline.
Step 4 — Add simple cues (cheap, huge impact)
- Overhead signs: BASICS / DRILLS / LANDINGS
- Floor arrows for class flow
- Coach cone color = zone color (kids follow the cone)

What to buy next (smart upgrades)
- Wall pads in your Advanced color (safety + brand)
- Extra panel mat sets (turnover speed)
- One competition beam + soft/firm landings (clear level-up path)
- Air Track matched to brand (optional, great for events)
We’ll spec thickness/densities to your programs and ages—no guessing.
