The goal (be honest)
Not “visits.” Enrollments. Parents should leave saying: “It’s safe, my child progressed, I know the price and start date.”
1) 48–24 hours before
- Homepage takeover: Hero banner “Open Day — Book Your Spot” + button to your short form.
- WhatsApp sticky: Click-to-chat: “Open Day booking — child age, preferred time.”
- RFQ → Trial: Hide prices? Fine. Add “Request a Trial/Quote” with 3 fields: Parent name, Child age, Phone.
- QR everywhere: Generate one QR that points to the same form. Print 10 copies.
2) Floor plan that sells (simple)
- Zone A (Basics): panel/incline/foam beam → quick wins & smiles.
- Zone B (Progressions): octagon + bar/beam drills → “look what’s next.”
- Zone C (Landings): landing/crash demo with coach spotting → safety on display.
- Parents Corner: seats, water, program sheet, QR cards.
- Selfie Wall: brand backdrop; photos = free marketing.
Color-code zones to reduce chaos (your brand colors). It looks pro and keeps kids flowing.

3) The 10-minute demo script
- Welcome (1 min): coach handshake, names, quick safety note.
- Warm-up (2 min): shapes + balance on foam beam.
- Skill bite (4 min): incline rolls → octagon kick-over (age-appropriate).
- Soft landing moment (2 min): controlled jump to landing mat with spot.
- Close (1 min): “Great job! Next step is a trial class—scan the QR.”
4) Make sign-ups effortless
- QR → short form (3 fields + preferred time).
- Desk sign-up for those without phones.
- “Today-only” perk: free t-shirt or 10% off first month if they schedule now.

5) Safety = trust (show, don’t tell)
- Coach cards: name, certification, first-aid.
- Safety poster: “Mats reduce risk; supervision is mandatory.”
- E-Licence badge: “Large equipment is serial-tracked with Warranty.” (visible credibility)
6) The 72-hour follow-up (copy you can reuse)
- T+1 hour (SMS/WhatsApp):
“Thanks for coming! Trial spots this week are limited—reply with child’s age to book.” - T+24 hours (email):
Subject: Your child’s trial class — choose your time
Body: 3 time slots + Google Maps + what to bring. - T+72 hours (reminder):
“Last call for Open Day offer. Want me to hold a spot for you?”
7) Equipment that makes this work (starter set)
- Panel mats (foldable), Incline (“cheese”) mat, Foam beam, One landing mat, 4–6 cones, 10 QR prints.
- Optional wow: Air Track for a safe “first bounce” photo moment.
We’ll spec sizes, thickness, and densities to your age groups.
8) Measure what matters
- Visitors → Trials booked → Trials attended → Enrollments → Referrals.
- Photo count + tagged posts (parents).
- Coach notes: which station created the biggest “I can do it!” moment?
